On the log-in screen you will find a link called Forgotten password. Upon clicking, a form will be displayed with a single field where you can enter the e-mail address with which you are registered on the platform, to which address we will send an e-mail to reset your password. The e-mail message will contain a link - which expires in 1 hour - that will redirect you to a form where you will enter the new password and confirm it.
Once the password reset, we will inform you that the process has been successfully completed.
You will have to log in again following the process.
The incident report is only possible via the private website.
From the app it is possible to report an incident from the public area, through the My account section.
